Terrorism

Terrorism is the methods used to create a sense of fear, instability, and fight a military or violent campaign that targets citizens who are unarmed. Terrorists are in essence cowards as they cannot fight an army on a battlefield but instead fight covertly and attack the unarmed, recklessly and without any regard for the scantily of human life.

The products of terrorism is hurt, pain, death, destruction and to help fill the cemeteries for those fallen by the terrorists.

Extremists justify terrorist tactics and their hideous crimes against civilians. Extremism are the psychological lifeblood for terrorists to feed on in order to attack fellow human beings without any regard for those lives that are taken.

We have witnessed in modern times acts of terrorism, which has left many maimed, killed, and traumatised people over the years concerning conflicts over politics, religion, ideology, history and the way people view the lifestyle of others.

Whatever the cause terrorism isn’t the way to have a debate or bring disagreements between those that are using terrorism to change politics, ideology, cause or correct histories many injustices. Nor is it a way to blackmail governments in order to get what those that terrorism wants.

Unfortunately terrorism in this century is being rooted from Middle Eastern politics, ideology differences in religion and injustices spanning many centuries. Terrorism from or regarding the Middle East has been rooted from an Islamic point of view, and has been exported to the West because of such issues such as the overthrowing of Iraqi President Saddam Hussein and his regime, Afghanistan and the most contentious issue Israel. Muslims who embrace armed resistance and or terrorism highlight that the West has Muslim blood on their hands as western influence is from business, culture, and politics that favour powers such as America and Britain.

While those that carry-out suicide bombings are given assurances that the persons spiritual well-being will be rewarded can also outweigh any repercussions on the population who usually suffer, thus the leaders of terrorist organisations can then fuel there campaign of destruction by informing the population that they are the only ones who will stand-up to the ‘enemy’, which in the end the destruction is suffered by those they thought were representing them, which has happened recently in Gaza.

The sad thing about terrorism is that the ‘masterminders’ that want to inflict pain, suffering, misery and in the end create hatred between people, don’t get caught but the pawns they recruit and influence through psychological techniques so there objectives are carried-out, while quietly slipping-out of the backdoor.

Terrorism’s foremost objective is to create psychological fear amongst the citizens they are trying to terrorise. This causes huge anxious amongst the population, which needs great political strength by the respective government(s) to make sure that terrorists are apprehended and measures to disrupt and destroy terrorists operations and manoeuvrability.

The wider cause of terrorism is to carry-out indiscriminate murder of citizens and military personnel. The population can see the vulnerability of the armed forces dealing with an ‘hidden enemy’ amongst the population.

Within the political establishment there is pressure insuring the safety and protection of the citizens they are legally bound to protect and serve. Blackmailing and holding the political establishment and country to ransom ends-up the respective country and it’s citizens lose there freedoms and rights, by the way of issuing identity cards and other mechanisms in ‘protecting’ the population from terrorists and terrorism.

When politicians cave-in and respond and do what terrorists want, which is usually withdrawing armed forces, ceasing political or/and ceasing national associations, it only serves as the start of manipulation. It doesn’t stop with further demands and also destabilises the region, other countries and governments.

The end result of terrorism are societies ruined by distrust between different cultures, religions and races where divisions run deep and are perpetuated from generation to generation.

However much people suffer in this world we live in there is no justification to commit and support terrorist tactics or terrorism in order to highlight, fight or change political injustices, disagreements, or even human rights abuses.
