Introduction

In the Fifth Edition the war in Iraq had come and gone but the real work was waiting for the Coalition Forces led by United States and Britain as former Iraqi commanders and soldiers , Al Qaeda, other terrorists organisations and groups, para-military organisations and groups, and just about any other person, organisation or group that wanted to fight the United States, Britain and the Western World as a whole went to Iraq to vent there dislike and frustration of many years if disagreements between Muslims, Arabs, people of the Middle East and others who came from Western countries who disagreed worth there respective governments because of foreign policy or injustices over many years.
